Shipping

All orders are sent from our Hecho A Mano HQ in Geraldton, Western Australia.

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $200 AUD.
  • Orders under $200 AUD have a flat $12 shipping rate.
  • Orders are sent via Australia Post.
  • Parcels will be left at your address unless the shipping address is a unit or apartment block, but only if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact us. 

Returns

We hope that you absolutely love the products you receive! However if your order is damaged or incorrect we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

Cigars

  • If your order arrives damaged or if we have provided an incorrect item, we will provide replacement or offer a refund/store credit for that specific item.
  • We’re unable to provide a replacement or refund on cigars for any other reason.

Humidors & Accessories 

  • If your order arrives damaged or if we have provided an incorrect item, we will provide replacement or offer a refund/store credit for that specific item.
  • If you have ordered any accessories or humidors that are deemed to be faulty or if the product provided is not the same item a

The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

To avoid the disappointment of missing out on your desired item we do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing your desired item immediately and sending your original item for a refund or store credit. Please see above to ensure you item(s) are eligible for a refund.

Conditions

  • Your return is initiated within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
  • Item/s are in original condition.
  • Return authorisation has been approved via email.
  • The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

Hecho A Mano reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

Submitting a Return

  • Please submit your return request by emailing sales@hechoamano.com.au. Please provide clear photographs of any damaged items.
  • Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your approval email, or a clear reference to your order number.
